1. Service Description
Satoshi Empire is an automated Bitcoin accumulation bot that executes trades on the user's own Bybit exchange account using user-supplied API keys. Satoshi Empire does not provide investment advice, manage funds on your behalf, or hold your assets at any time.
2. No Fund Custody
Satoshi Empire never holds, custodies, transfers, or withdraws user funds. All funds remain on the user's own Bybit exchange account at all times. Satoshi Empire interacts with your Bybit account exclusively through the API key you supply.
3. API Key Requirements
You must provide a Bybit API key with Read + Trade permissions only. Withdraw permission must NOT be enabled on the API key provided to Satoshi Empire. You are solely responsible for configuring your Bybit API key permissions correctly. Satoshi Empire will never request that you enable withdraw permission.
4. Fees
There is no monthly subscription fee, no signup fee, and no management fee. The only charge is a profit-share percentage applied to realised profits, billed in arrears from those profits, according to your pricing tier. You will never be charged if you do not profit.
5. No Financial Advice
The Satoshi Empire service is not investment advice and does not constitute a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Past performance shown on this site is illustrative only and does not predict future returns. You must satisfy yourself that you are eligible to use cryptocurrency-trading services in your own jurisdiction.
6. Risk Acknowledgement
By using this service you acknowledge that cryptocurrency trading is high-risk and may result in the total loss of your capital. Please read our full Risk Disclosure before proceeding.
7. No Guarantee of Returns
Satoshi Empire makes no guarantee of profit, win-rate, or any specific financial return. Market conditions change and past performance does not guarantee future results.
8. Account Closure
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@satoshiempire.com. Satoshi Empire reserves the right to disable or close any account that violates these Terms of Service, at its sole discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Satoshi Empire shall not be liable for any trading losses, exchange downtime, API failures, third-party service outages, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Satoshi Empire is incorporated, currently being established. This clause will be updated upon completion of incorporation.
